Instructions for returning a watch:
1) Return Authorizations must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the package.
2)   The watch must be unused. No links can be removed and it should be in the box with papers.
3)   Call us at 845-426-1826 or email us at returns@watchclick.com. You will receive a RA# (return authorization number) that you will write on the outside of the box. Without a RA#, we will not be able to accept your return. When you call us for the RA#, we will give you an address to ship the watch back to us. There will be a 3% restocking fee for returns. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
4)   Write the RA# on the outside of the box on top of shipping label. The watch should be shipped back to us via UPS or FedEx, prepaid and insured for the amount that the customer will be refunded for.

We refund the customer the same way that the customer has paid, deducting the restocking fee and the shipping charges. The refund gets issued within 7 days from when we receive the watch back from the customer.

If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.

Watches purchased by a manufacturer, on behalf of a manufacturer or a distributor is not returnable for any reason.

Return Policy Info

In order to return an item, you would need to call us at 888-426-1826 or email to us at info@watchclick.com to receive an RA number.
Any return without an RA number cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Return policies are only valid on items that are not special orders.
If your purchase is a "special order item", you will be notified that at the time of purchase.

Warranty
Since WatchClick.com has decided not to be an authorized dealer on some brands, we may not include the manufacturers warranty. On those watches, we give you a WatchClick.com warranty. Any repairs for a watch that has a WatchClick.com warranty, you send the watch to us. WatchClick.com warranties the manufacturing and material defects. Any manufacturing defects will be repaired under the warranty at no cost. If there is a problem due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, it is not under our warranty. Any repair needed for the watch must be done through WatchClick.com. When the watch is shipped for repairs, it should be insured and postage paid. Once the watch is taken to another watchmaker, the WatchClick.com warranty does not apply any longer.

Money orders and personal checks are welcome for prepayment. They clear in 4-5 days.

Shipping
WatchClick.com offers free ground shipping on any order over $250.00.

FedEx overnight is $24.95.
FedEx second day air is $17.95.

For your security, your order cannot be delivered without a signature. If you cannot be present to sign for your package, please arrange that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package is present at the appointed time.

Our first choice is to ship your order to the billing address on the credit card. But we would honor your request to ship to another address. For us to do so, you will have to authorize an Alternate Shipping Address.

How do you go about it?

On the back of your card you will see telephone number of the bank that issued the card. Tell them you would like to put an alternate shipping address on file. WatchClick.com then verifies with the bank the address that you would like to ship the order to. This is to verify that you, the cardholder, authorized us to ship the watch to another address.

International shipments
All prices on this site are listed in US dollars.

International shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are $34.95.
Shipping to other countries are $64.95.

International orders must be prepaid by bank wire.

Any duties and taxes due to international shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

International orders are considered by WatchClick.com as a Special Order and is a final sale.
