You may return new, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will get back to you within two working days. In our response, we will provide you with all the instructions regarding your return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package, but in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your package, the time to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
The cost for an exchange or return is paid by the customer. Also, it is customer's responsibility to provide the secure packaging to make sure the item arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
We ship to all EU countries. Both shipping fee and delivery time depend on your location.

Is the product under warranty?
We are an authorized seller of all brands at WatchClick, and we send the products in its original packaging with an invoice and a two-year warranty (or one year if so specified by the manufacturer).
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
The item I want is sold out. When will it be available again?
We understand how disappointing it can be if the item you like is no longer in stock.
For that reason, we have implemented a reminder system which will automatically send you an e-mail when a product is back in stock.
Please, e-mail our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code of the item you are interested in, and they will add your e-mail address to the system.
How can I know whether my watch is water resistant
In the description of every watch on our website, you can find the information about the water resistance level expressed in atmospheres (ATM).
It represents the amount of pressure that a watch can withstand – not the depth to which the watch can be worn. Please note that the damages caused by water are not covered by the warranty.
You can check the following list to see what this means for everyday use:
0-2 ATM: The watch is not water resistant. Avoid any contact with water. Water can penetrate the casing even during light rain or splashes. 3 ATM: Resistant only to minor splashes, not to hand washing or immersing in water. 5 ATM: Resistant to splashes and hand washing, not to immersion in water. 10 ATM: Resistant to swimming and snorkelling, but not jumping/diving into water. Annual service of the watch is required. 20 ATM: Resistant to all water sports including free-diving and shallow diving. Annual service of the watch is required. 30 ATM: Allowed diving (with air tanks). Annual service of the watch is required.
