Returns

You may return new, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail at info@watchclick.com and we will get back to you within two working days. In our response, we will provide you with all the instructions regarding your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package, but in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your package, the time to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

The cost for an exchange or return is paid by the customer. Also, it is customer's responsibility to provide the secure packaging to make sure the item arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
