Authenticity & Warranty
Buying a watch online should feel straightforward. This page explains how WatchClick presents authenticity, authorised-retailer status and warranty information, and what to do if you need help before or after your purchase.
Authenticity
WatchClick sells genuine, new watches. Every product is identified by its brand and model reference or SKU so you can confirm exactly what you are ordering.
Authorised-retailer status applies by brand. Where WatchClick is an authorised retailer for a brand, we show that status on the relevant product page. We do not use one universal authorised-retailer claim for every brand we sell.
If you would like confirmation for a particular watch before ordering, send us the product link or model reference. We will answer for that specific product rather than give you a generic promise.
What to check on the product page
- Brand and model reference: identifies the exact watch.
- Authorised-retailer statement: shown where it applies to that brand.
- Warranty period: shown in the product specifications.
- Product specifications: the stated materials, movement, dimensions, water resistance and other model details.
If any of these details are unclear, please contact us before placing your order.
How the warranty works
The warranty period that applies to a watch is shown in its product specifications. Coverage and the service route can differ by brand and model. The applicable warranty documents and terms supplied with the product remain the controlling warranty information.
Keep your invoice and any warranty certificate supplied with the watch. They may be required when requesting warranty service.
Warranty coverage concerns defects covered by the applicable terms. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, and water damage inconsistent with the watch's stated water-resistance rating are generally not covered.
A commercial or manufacturer warranty does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. You can read the applicable seller and consumer-rights information in our Refund Policy.
How to request warranty assistance
- Contact WatchClick before sending the watch.
- Include your order number and the model reference.
- Describe the issue and when it first appeared.
- Attach clear photos or a short video if they help show the problem.
- Wait for us to confirm the correct service route and shipping instructions.
Please do not send a watch without receiving instructions first. Depending on the brand and issue, we will confirm whether it should be sent to WatchClick or handled through the appropriate service route.
Return or warranty claim?
Changed your mind? Follow the withdrawal and return procedure in our Refund Policy.
Is the watch damaged, defective or not functioning as expected? Contact us so we can identify the appropriate complaint or warranty route.
These are different processes. Contacting us first helps avoid unnecessary shipping, delays or sending the watch to the wrong service location.
